| May, June and July are very good months to visit Cyprus. You can go to Cairo either by plane or with a cruise (http://www.louiscruises.com, http://www.salamiscyprus.com, …). I don't think it is worth to spend all this money just to go to Cairo for 1 or 2 days. The best thing is to arrive at Cyprus, stay for 4-5 days and then take a flight to Egypt. | Danny, the limit in Cyprus is 22mg. So you have to be lower than this. From my experience, I have drunk 3 pints of Beer (KEO!!) in 1 hour and I have been caught by the police with 26mg in my blood.
